WHERE IS THE ELKS THEATRE LOCATED?
We are located at 117 E Gurley Street, Prescott, Az 86301, one block east of Prescott’s Historic Courthouse Square.
WHAT ARE THE ELKS THEATRE’S HOURS?
Box office hours are Tuesday-Friday from 10 am until 2 pm and 1 hour prior to performance time.

WHAT ARE THE BOX OFFICE HOURS?
The Elks Theatre box office is open for ticket purchases Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and before shows when the doors open.
WHERE/HOW CAN I BUY ELKS THEATRE TICKETS?
Show Tickets can be purchased online at; http://www.prescottelkstheatre.org, at the Elks Theatre’s box office or by calling 928-777-1370.
DOES THE THEATRE OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?
Group Discount availability varies by show. Please call the Theatre Box Office for details at 928-777-1370.
ARE GIFT CERTIFICATES AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?
Gift Certificates are not available at this time from The Elks Theatre and Performing Arts Center. We DO accept the "GIFT PRESCOTT" gift certificates issued by the Prescott Chamber of Commerce. Redemtion restrictions apply, see any member of Elks Management or the Docents for full information and restrictions. Gift Certificates cannot be used for online purchases.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE LOST MY TICKETS?
Please call the Theatre’s business office at 928-777-1370 if your tickets have been misplaced. We can also reprint your tickets at the door.
CAN I CANCEL/REFUND MY TICKETS AFTER PURCHASE?
We are sorry, but all show ticket purchases are final, no returns or cancellations. Gifting tickets that you cannot use is always a great idea.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES THE ELKS THEATRE ACCEPT?
Visa, Discover and Mastercard are accepted for ticket purchases online. You may pay with cash and checks at the box office as well. The concession stand is cash only.
IS THERE AN ATM AVAILABLE IN THE ELKS THEATRE OR NEARBY?
There is not a ATM in the Theatre. Most major banks are within a 2 block radius and have ATMs. There is also an ATM in the Hassayampa Inn lobby directly across the street.
CAN I RESERVE TICKETS ONLINE/VIA PHONE AND PAY CASH AT THE WINDOW?
Not at this time. Tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase.
CAN I USE MY SMARTPHONE/TABLET AT THE DOOR TO ENTER BY SHOWING A PURCHASE MADE? No, you must have an actual printed ticket to enter the Theatre. We can print them for you at the box office.
CAN I PICK UP ANOTHER PARTIES OR CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY TICKETS?
Only the person making the ticket purchase is able to pick up the tickets.
WHAT IS THE SEATING CAPACITY FOR THE ELKS THEATRE?
We have 487 Theatre seats, including the main floor, balcony, handicap and opera boxes. Not all seats will be available for all shows.
ARE THERE ANY OBSTRUCTED VIEW SEATS IN THE THEATRE?
Yes, there are a couple of support beams. You may stop into the Theatre during box office hours to access or call us at the box office at 928-777-1370 and we will help be sure you do not have obstructed views, if possible.
CAN I PICK MY OWN SEATS?
Yes. When making ticket purchases made online, via phone or at the box office you are able to choose your seats from any available.
IS THERE “WILL CALL” AVAILABLE?
Yes there is a “will call” on the day of shows. “Will call” ticket pick up is available 1 hour prior to curtain.
CAN I PICK UP MY “WILL CALL” TICKETS AHEAD OF THE SHOW?
Yes, during regular box office hours or 1 hour ahead of performance.
IS THERE STANDING ROOM AVAILABLE?
No, there is no standing room available due to fire code.
IS THERE REENTRY?
Yes there is reentry. You will be asked to show your ticket again to enter.
WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR THE SHOW, WILL I BE ALLOWED IN?
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to curtain. If you are late for the curtain you will be allowed in at an appropriate break in the show or intermission out of courtesy to the artists and patrons.
WHEN DO DOORS OPEN FOR A SHOW?
Doors usually open one hour prior to a show for entry into the Theatre lobby with the doors to the Theatre opening for seating soon after.
IS THERE AN AGE MINIMUM TO ATTEND A SHOW OR EVENT?
No there is no minimum age to see a show. Not all shows will be appropriate for small children or minors.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN OR OUTSIDE OF THE ELKS THEATRE?
The Elks Theatre is a no smoking facility, including vapor and electronic cigarettes. Prescott City Codes forbid smoking within thirty feet of the entrance.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE TO ATTEND THE ELKS THEATRE?
The Elks Theatre does not have a specific official dress code, most patrons wear casual attire. The Theatre does, however, adhere to a strict no shirt, no shoe, no show policy. The Theatre is heated and air conditioned for your comfort - please dress appropriately.
CAN I BRING A STROLLER INTO THE ELKS THEATRE?
Yes you may, however they may not be brought into the Theatre seating area. We can assist you with proper storage if need be.
ARE THE THEATRE/RESTROOMS HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
The main floor and restrooms are handicap accessible. Because the Elks Theatre is over 100 years old some parts of the facility may not be available to enter if handicapped. If you have questions on accessibility please call the business office at 928-777-1359 or email your questions to us at info@etpac.org.
ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED IN THE ELKS THEATRE?
Only qualified service animals are allowed in any part of the facility. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times unless special circumstances exist. Service animals will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the isle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees, or whose animal is not housebroken, may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.
IS THERE A ELEVATOR AVAILABLE IN THE ELKS THEATRE?
Built in 1905 the Elks Theatre does not have elevator access to the balcony level or the box seats. The main floor is handicap accessible. Please call the business office at 928-777-1359 or email your questions to us at info@etpac.org.
CAN I BRING IN A WALKER OR WHEELCHAIR?
Yes. This main level of the Theatre is handicap accessible. Please contact the business office at 928-777-1359 should you need to make prior arrangements for a show or event.
ARE LISTENING DEVICES AVAILABLE?
Assisted listening devices are currently available. Please inquire with the Theatre Management when you arrive the day of your show. Listening devices are available on a first come first served basis and are not reservable in advance.
WHAT IS THE ELKS THEATRE’S RECORDING, CAMERA AND VIDEO POLICY?
We do not allow professional cameras or recording devices, cameras with removable lenses, or tablets. Additional restrictions are sometimes placed by the artists. Please email us at info@etpac.org if you have questions on a specific show. Flash photography is not allowed at any time during a performance.
We request that you silence your phones when entering the Theatre so not to disturb the performers or fellow patrons.
ARE THERE ITEMS THAT ARE PROHIBITED FROM BEING BROUGHT INTO THE ELKS THEATRE?

IS THERE SECURITY TO ENTER THE ELKS THEATRE?
No, but you will need to show your ticket to enter.
IS THERE A SNACK BAR, DOES THE ELKS THEATRE SERVE ALCOHOL?
Yes, There is a snack bar available in the Theatre lobby. Beer and wine are available. Concessions are cash only, no credit cards accepted. All guests may be required to show a valid, unexpired government issued photo ID to purchase alcohol. No alcohol may be removed from the Theatre premises or consumed outside the Theatre.
DOES THE ELKS THEATRE OFFER VIP TABLE/BOTTLE SERVICE?
Not at this time.
CAN I TAKE A TOUR TO VIEW THE ELKS THEATRE?
Yes. Tours are available during regular business hours, Tuesday through Friday 10 AM to 2 PM. Your tour will be with one of our volunteer docents in period dress. Special tours may be arranged by calling the business office at 928-777-1359 or emailing us at info@etpac.org.
CAN I RENT THE ELKS THEATRE FOR PRIVATE EVENTS AND SHOWS?
Yes. The Elks Theatre is available to to rent for private shows and events. Please email us at info@etpac.org for more information.
WHERE IS PARKING AND IS THERE A PARKING FEE?
There is street parking as well as city lots available. All parking is free. Please do not park in marked private lots. You will be towed.
IS THERE A PLACE TO LOCK UP A BIKE?
Not at this time.
IS BUS SERVICE AVAILABLE?
Not at this time.
ARE THERE ANY RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE THEATRE?
There are a large number of fine eating and drinking establishments within easy walking distance of the Theatre and Performing Arts Center.
ARE THERE ANY HOTELS NEARBY, DO THEY PROVIDE SHUTTLE SERVICE?
There are many hotels within easy walking distance of the Theatre and Performing Arts Center including the Springhill Suites, The Historic Hassayampa Inn and the Grand Highland Hotel to name a few. No local shuttle service is available.
IS THERE A LOST AND FOUND?
Yes. All found items after a show will be held for a maximum of thirty days. Call the Theatre’s business office at 928-777-1359 or email us atinfo@etpac.org to inquire about any lost item. Unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity for resale.
HOW DO I GET A JOB AT THE ELKS THEATRE?
We are sorry but currently there are no positions available at the Elks Performing Arts Center.
DOES THE ELKS THEATRE HAVE A INTERNSHIP OR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM?
Not at this time.
CAN I GET A BACKSTAGE PASS OR MEET THE BAND?
We are sorry but there are no backstage passes available. Many artists and performers do sometimes make themselves available for a “meet and greet” during intermission and after the show.
DO YOU SELL THE SHOW POSTERS?
Merchandise is occasionally for sale by the artist in the lobby after the show.
DO YOU ACCEPT DONATIONS?
Yes. All donations are graciously accepted to The Elks Community Outreach and Scholarship Fund. The Elks Theatre and Performing Arts Center Community Outreach and Scholarship Fund was created in 2017. Donations collected are distributed into the local community via The Ann Dater Memorial Scholarship and The Elks outreach programs that support the performing arts.
Yours donations are tax deductible wil be used as example for; subsidizing performing arts education, the purchase and donation if instruments, and other programs.
The Elks will also accept your new, used or forgotten wind, string or percussion instruments. We will repair/refurbish where reasonable and then donate the instruments to a local school. Call the Performing Arts Center business office at 928.756.2844 for more information.
HOW DO I MAKE A DONATION?
Donations can be made in person at the Performing Arts Center business office during regular business hours, mailed to us at 117 E. Gurley St. Prescott, AZ 86301 added to your ticket purchase in the online checkout, or by using the online link at; https://tickets.vendini.com/donation.
ARE THERE ANY BENEFITS OFFERED FOR DONATIONS?
Not at this time other that the tax deductibility.
CAN I MAKE A DONATION IN HONOR/MEMORY OF SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes. Donations can be made anonymously or recognized in anyone’s name or memory.
I AM INTERESTED IN PERFORMING AT THE ELKS THEATRE, HOW DO I/MY BAND/GROUP AUDITION?
Please contact the Theatre business office at 928-777-1359 to inquire about performing in the Theatre.
CONDUCT
We ask that all guests be respectful of others. Any guest that interferes with the enjoyment of another individual during an event is subject to ejection from the building. During performances we ask that all guests remain seated. Certain events, such as concerts, standing or dancing may be permitted. Standing on the seats is not permitted. Standing or dancing in the isles is not allowed at any time.
